Freestyle Cards respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed by our mobile application, how it is used, and your options regarding data collection and advertising tracking.

Information We Process

Freestyle Cards does not require user accounts, email registration, or social logins to be used. However, to support core gameplay, multiplayer sync, in-app purchases, and advertising, certain technical data is processed:

• In-App Purchase History: Validation of store purchase receipts (such as custom card decks or subscriptions) processed securely via Apple App Store / Google Play and RevenueCat.
• App & Device Identifiers: Anonymous installation IDs, session tokens, or Firebase anonymous UIDs used to maintain real-time multiplayer tables and restore deck purchases.
• Gameplay State & Preferences: Room configurations, custom card deck selections, language settings, and table presets stored locally or managed temporarily in-memory during active sessions.

Advertising & Tracking Disclosures

Freestyle Cards uses third-party advertising partners to display advertisements in the app. If you explicitly grant permission via the system App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt on iOS, our third-party advertising partners may collect device advertising identifiers (such as the Identifier for Advertisers, or IDFA) to serve personalized advertisements.

If you decline permission, you will still see advertisements, but they will be generic and non-personalized. You can modify your tracking preferences at any time in your device settings under Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

Third-Party Service Providers

We work with trusted third-party infrastructure and service providers to facilitate gameplay sync, secure store content, and serve ads. These providers process technical data strictly on our behalf:

• Firebase (Google): Manages real-time room states, multiplayer synchronization, and session connectivity.
• RevenueCat: Validates store receipt data, tracks active subscriptions, and unlocks purchased card decks.
• Third-Party Ad Networks: Serves contextual or personalized advertisements depending on your tracking choices.

Data Sharing

We do not collect, sell, rent, or trade personal registration information. Data shared with ad networks for tracking purposes is limited strictly to advertising identifiers and device technical data when explicitly authorized by you.

Security

We take reasonable operational measures to protect active game environments and session data, though no real-time internet transmission is 100% secure.
